...Except that there won't be a next time for Raymond Rubio of Stockton, CA. Rubio was killed by the gas station owner he was attempting to rob early Monday morning. He should have picked the US Gasoline station down the street. The owner, one Aaron Khan, told a reporter that on the advice of a relative, he got rid of the handgun he used to keep. Khan says that he hasn't been robbed yet.
