Bush Lawyers Target Gun Control's Legal Rationale

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the DOJ has issued a 109-page memorandum asserting that the 2nd Amendment protects an individual right to keep and bear arms. (Click here for the FreeRepublic.com thread.) This is a further movement away from the goofy notion that the 2nd Amendment protects a collective right of the National Guard.
